VIENNA, Va., April 10, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Castellum, Inc. (NYSE-American: CTM) (“Castellum” or “CTM”), a cybersecurity, electronic warfare, and software engineering services company focused on the federal government, is alerting the remaining holders of 3,355,000 unexercised warrants, exercisable at $1.08 per share, that these warrants will expire on May 16, 2025. Since issued have already been exercised.
