På cBrain’s ordinære generalforsamling onsdag den 21. april 2021 blev

        

  • Årsrapport 2020 godkendt og bestyrelsens forslag om et udbytte på DKK 0,14 per aktie vedtaget.



  • Henrik Hvidtfeldt og Lisa Herold Ferbing blev genvalgt til bestyrelsen.



  • PricewaterhouseCoopers, Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerskab genvalgt som uafhængige revisorer.



Generalforsamlingen godkendte endvidere bestyrelsens forslag til:

  • Vederlagsrapport 2020.



  • Forhøjelse af bestyrelseshonorar med 25.000 DKK



  • Ændring af vedtægterne jf. bilag til generalforsamlingen.



  • Vederlagspolitik 2021



  • Bemyndigelse til bestyrelsen om at måtte erhverve egne aktier op til 10% af aktiekapitalen til den på erhvervelsestidspunktet gældende kurs plus minus 10%.





Der blev ikke på generalforsamlingen oplyst forhold, der ikke tidligere er blevet offentliggjort.
