CHNC Announces OTC Update and Subsidiary Acquisition

Houston, TX, July 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- China Infrastructure Construction Corp. (OTC: CHNC) announces that it has acquired Houston, TX-based Hippocrates Direct Healthcare, Inc. as a wholly-owned subsidiary, through a reverse merger. We are also very excited to announce further that Elizabeth Hernández has accepted the position as President and CEO.
