CloudMD at the Association of Family Health Team (AFHTO) Conference to Showcase Positive Patient Mental Health Outcomes from Innovative Programs
Programs delivered faster time to access mental health services and increased access to those requiring support outside traditional office hours and in underserved areas.

The presentation will include results from a CloudMD Therapist-Assisted Internet-Delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MindBeacon) program (“TAiCBT”), which was offered to Ontario residents as part of the government’s pandemic response.
Demand for mental health support services continues to grow exponentially, resulting in long waitlists for individuals to access critical mental health support services. To meet these demands, between January 2023 and March 2023, FHTs from across Ontario engaged in a partnership with CloudMD to provide therapist-assisted Internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TAiCBT) and Virtual (“face-to-face”) Therapy. The innovative partnership creates a healthcare ecosystem that is efficient, accessible, and responsive to the ever-evolving needs of the community healthcare sector and Ontario patients.
