Constellium awarded ‘Best Performer’ by Airbus

PARIS, Feb. 04, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Constellium SE (NYSE: CSTM) was recognized with the “Best Performer Award” by Airbus at its annual Supply Chain and Quality Improvement Program (SQIP) ceremony in Toulouse, France on January 28, 2020.

The company was rewarded for its long-term partnership and sustained performance to supply its innovative and high performing from its U.S. and France-based aerospace facilities. SQIP was created by Airbus to promote and ensure a stable, top-quality production system and supply chain across the aerospace industry.

Constellium - Earnings Flash - Q3 FY 2025 Results - Lucror Analytics

Constellium has released strong Q3/25 numbers, with net leverage declining 0.4x q-o-q to 3.1x. The company upgraded the FY 2025 segment-adjusted EBITDA guidance to USD 670-690 mn from USD 620-650 mn. It also announced that CEO Jean-Marc Germain will be retiring at the end of the year, with COO Ingrid Joerg to replace him from 1 January 2026. In our view, Ms Joerg is a suitable successor to replace Mr Germain. We maintain our "Hold" recommendation on the bonds.
