Norwegian telecommunications company Telenor has announced it is buying 54 per cent of DNA’s shares

Norwegian telecommunications company Telenor has announced it is buying the shareholdings of DNA Plc’s largest shareholders Finda Telecoms and PHP Holding Oy. The purchase requires the approval of Finda and PHP’s owners. Telenor has published the acquisition today at 9.00 am.
