DOVRE GROUP OYJ:N OSAKKEENOMISTAJIEN EHDOTUS 29.4.2025 PIDETTÄVÄLLE VARSINAISELLE YHTIÖKOKOUKSELLE

Dovre Group Oyj on vastaanottanut ehdotuksen osakkeenomistajilta, jotka edustavat yli neljäätoista (14) prosenttia yhtiön osakkeista, että Dovren varsinaisessa yhtiökokouksessa 29.4.2025 päätettäisiin maksaa osinkoa 0,06 euroa osakkeelta.

Täten yhtiökokouskutsussa ja itse yhtiökokouksessa tullaan esittämään kaksi eri osinkoehdotusta, joista ensimmäinen on yhtiön hallituksen 17.3.2025 julkaisema ehdotus osingon jakamatta jättämisestä, ja toinen yllä esitetty 0,06 euron osinko. Yhtiökokous äänestää näiden kahden ehdotuksen välillä.
