Ecosciences Announces Successful Scientific Performance Testing on its EcoNow Tabs
JERICHO, NY, Aug. 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ecosciences, Inc. (OTC PINK: ECEZ) ("Ecosciences" or the "Company") is pleased to announce successful scientific performance testing on its EcoNow Tabs.
Ecosciences commissioned Envirotech Laboratories, a certified wastewater testing laboratory, to scientifically measure the effect of EcoNow Tabs after three months of treatment in 5000 gallon grease trap at a restaurant. Oil & Grease levels were measured of the influent (before treatment) and effluent (after treatment). A 25% rule was performed as well. The 25% rule measures the combined levels of floating fats, oils, grease and settled solids. Many municipalities use the 25% rule to help determine when a trap needs to be pumped. Once the working depth of the interceptor is occupied with 25% or more of floating fats, oils, grease and settled solids the trap needs to be pumped.
Test Results: After treatment with EcoNow tabs, the Oil and Grease levels were reduced from 4,800 mg/l to 34 mg/l. The 25% rule measured 1%. *
