EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS-i tütarettevõtja omandas kinnistu Nõmme Südamekodu hooldekodu rajamiseks

31.03.2025. a viis EfTEN Hiiu OÜ lõpule tehingu, millega omandas Südamekodud AS-ilt Tallinnas, Hiiu tn 42 kinnistu.

Varasemalt () on fond teatanud börsile võlaõigusliku müügilepingu sõlmimisest, milles kokkulepitud omandi üleandmise ja asjaõiguslepingu sõlmimise eeldused on nüüdseks täidetud.

Osaliselt jätkab kinnistu kasutamist kehtiva üürilepingu alusel sihtasutus Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla. Ülejäänud osas sõlmiti pikaajaline (10 + 10 aastat) üürileping Südamekodud AS-i tütarettevõtte Hiiu Südamekodu OÜ-ga. Koostöös üürniku ja Südamekodud AS-iga ehitatakse hoone osaliselt ümber „Nõmme Südamekodu“ üldhooldekoduks, mis hakkab tulevikus mahutama kuni 170 Südamekodu klienti.
