Enlivex Announces Allowance of New Japanese Patent Application Covering ALLOCETRA Immunotherapy

Nes-Ziona, Israel, June 18, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enlivex Therapeutics, Ltd., a clinical-stage immunotherapy company, today announced that the Japan Patent Office (JPO) has issued a notice of allowance for a patent application covering ALLOCETRA^TM, the company’s immunotherapy product candidate.  Upon issuance, the new patent will provide additional intellectual property protection around methods of using ALLOCETRA^TM and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same. The company expects the new patent to issue in Japan during the third quarter of 2020.
