eQ OYJ      OSAKKEIDEN KOKONAISMÄÄRÄ JA ÄÄNIMÄÄRÄ

eQ Oyj:n optio-ohjelman 2015 mukaisilla optio-oikeuksilla on merkitty yhteensä 415.000 uutta yhtiön osaketta. Merkintähinta 1.033.350 euroa kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon, joten eQ Oyj:n osakepääoma säilyy ennallaan. Yhtiön osakkeiden lukumäärä merkinnän jälkeen on 38.722.198.

Merkintöjä vastaava osakemäärän lisäys on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin tänään 10.9.2020. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat omistajilleen osakkeenomistajan oikeudet rekisteröintipäivästä lähtien. Osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:ssä yhdessä eQ Oyj:n vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa 11.9.2020 alkaen.
