From 25 November until 29 November 2024, Equinor ASA has purchased a total of 1,750,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 269.4370 per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions, Equinor ASA owns a total of 57,068,398 own shares, corresponding to 2.04% of Equinor ASA’s share capital, including shares under Equinor’s share savings programme (excluding shares under Equinor’s share savings programme, Equinor owns a total of 48,331,815 own shares, corresponding to 1.73% of the share capital).
