Dall’annuncio della Terza Tranche del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie del 14 novembre 2019 fino al 29 novembre 2019 il corrispettivo totale investito è stato  15.727.347,99 Euro per n. 104.022 azioni ordinarie acquistate sul MTA risultanti in n. 8.501.629 azioni proprie ordinarie complessivamente detenute dalla Società al 29 novembre 2019. Alla stessa data la Società deteneva il 3,30% del capitale sociale totale emesso includendo le azioni ordinarie e le azioni speciali e al netto delle azioni assegnate ai sensi del piano di incentivazione azionaria della Società.
