Fairfax Announces Early Redemption Of Senior Notes Due March 3, 2025

TORONTO, Feb. 14, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited (“Fairfax”) (TSX: FFH and FFH.U) announces that, on March 15, 2024, it is redeeming all of its outstanding 4.95% senior notes due March 3, 2025 (the “Notes”) at a redemption price of 100% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest. There is C$348,564,000 principal amount of Notes currently outstanding.
