Overzicht jaarresultaten 2019

  • Omzet stijgt: € 531,0 miljoen (2018: €503,2 miljoen)
  • Nettoresultaat neemt toe: € 69,5 miljoen (2018: 54,5 miljoen)
  • Voorstel aan de algemene vergadering van 12 mei 2020:

    brutodividend van € 1,30 per aandeel (2018: € 1,26 per aandeel)
  • Investeringen in infrastructuur: € 91,3 miljoen, voornamelijk voor de bouw van de vijfde opslagtank op de terminal voor vloeibaar aardgas (LNG) in Zeebrugge
  • Vervoerstarieven 2020-2023 goedgekeurd: tarieven gedaald
  • LNG-terminal in Zeebrugge versterkt toekomstperspectieven
    • Recordtrafiek voor zowel grootschalig als kleinschalig LNG
    • Lossen van LNG-schepen: nieuw langetermijncontract tot 2044
    • Overslag tussen LNG-schepen: langetermijncontract tot eind 2039 van start gegaan
  • Concrete stappen in de energietransitie: volop inzetten op groen gas en vandaag al resultaten boeken met aardgas
  • Uitrol actieplan om de eigen broeikasgasemissies met 50% te verminderen tegen 2025
