Freddie Mac Prices New $5 Billion Three-Year Reference Notes Security

MCLEAN, Va., June 24, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it priced its new 0.25% three-year USD Reference Notes® security due on June 26, 2023. The issue, CUSIP number 3137EAES4, was priced at 99.708 to yield 0.348%, 14 basis points more than the yield on three-year U.S. Treasury Notes. The issue will settle on Friday, June 26, 2020.

The new three-year Reference Notes security is offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and TD Securities LLC. Co-managers are Academy Securities Inc., CastleOak Securities LP, MFR Securities Inc., Mischler Financial Group Inc., Multi-Bank Securities Inc., and Samuel A. Ramirez & Co. Inc.
