Gatos Silver Announces 2023 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 28, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gatos Silver, Inc. (NYSE/TSX: GATO) (“Gatos Silver” or the “Company”) today announced that it has set the date of its 2023 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) as May 31, 2023. The record date for the Annual Meeting is April 6, 2023. The time, format and other details for the Annual Meeting will be set forth in the Company’s proxy statement for the Annual Meeting, which will be filed in both EDGAR and SEDAR systems.

As previously disclosed, the Company expects to file its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters ended March 31, 2022, June 30, 2022 and September 30, 2022 on or before March 31, 2023.
