Halvårsrapport for perioden 1. januar – 30. juni 2023

Bestyrelsen har dags dato behandlet og vedtaget vedhæftede 1. halvårsrapport for 2023.

  • Resultat før værdiregulering og skat for perioden 1. januar til 30. juni 2023 udgjorde et overskud på T.EUR 178. Resultatet anses for tilfredsstillende.
  • Der er i perioden 1. januar til 30. juni 2023 ikke foretaget værdiregulering af koncernens ejendomme.
  • Per 30. juni 2023 er der fortsat betryggende soliditet på 58,4% og likvide reserver på T.EUR 6.158.
  • Selskabet forventer fortsat, at resultat før værdiregulering og skat for hele 2023 vil ligge i intervallet T.EUR 200 – 600.
  • Der vil fortsat være fokus på fastholdelse af lejere og lejeomsætning samt på vedligeholdelses- og udviklingsprojekter, der kan understøtte udlejningsindsatsen og nedbringe tomgangen i ejendommene.
