Resultatforventning 2023

Bestyrelsen har dags dato behandlet og vedtaget budgettet for 2023 for German High Street Properties A/S.

  • Selskabet forventer et samlet positivt resultat før værdiregulering og skat for regnskabsåret 2023 indenfor intervallet T.EUR 400 – 800.
  • Som følge af et generelt stigende renteniveau forventer selskabet i 2023 øgede renteomkostninger på T.EUR 700 i forhold til regnskabsåret 2022. Endvidere forventes øgede udgifter til vedligeholdelse og øgede udgifter til fastholdelse af eksisterende lejere og ved udskiftning af lejere.
  • Som en konsekvens af salg af svensk datterselskab med overdragelse med virkning fra 1. november 2022, jfr. børsmeddelelse nr. 229 af 28. november 2022, forventer selskabet i 2023 et lavere resultat før værdiregulering og skat på T.EUR 500 i forhold til regnskabsåret 2022.
  • Som følge af køb af ejendommen Hesselvang, Grenaa med forventet overtagelse 15. august 2023, jfr. børsmeddelelse nr. 228 af 16. november 2022, forventer selskabet i 2023 et højere resultat før værdiregulering og skat på T.EUR 40 i forhold til regnskabsåret 2022.
