Global Water Resources Increases and Declares Monthly Dividend

PHOENIX, Nov. 30, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Water Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: GWRS), (TSX: GWR), a pure-play water resource management company, has declared, under its dividend policy, a monthly cash dividend increase of 1% to $0.29791 on an annualized basis. This equates to a monthly dividend of $0.02483.

The first dividend at the new monthly rate will be paid on December 29, 2022, to holders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2022.
