Major shareholder notification – Bank of America Corporation
GN Store Nord A/S hereby announces that on March 16, 2023, pursuant to Section 38(1) and Section 39(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act, it received a notification from Bank of America Corporation stating that on March 14, 2023, Bank of America Corporation decreased its aggregate direct and indirect holding of shares to below 5% of the share capital and voting rights in GN Store Nord A/S.
