BARDONIA, N.Y., June 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Greater Hudson Bank, ("the Bank") (OTCQX:GHDS) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of John J. Badi as Sales and Service Manager.  Mr. Badi joins Greater Hudson Bank with over 37 years of banking experience and has firsthand knowledge of branch management in the New York Metro Area.  As Sales and Service Manager, John will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and operational oversight in accordance with the Bank's strategy, driving business development, developing existing business client relationships, and prospecting new business relationships.

Mr. Badi most recently served as Branch Manager for KeyBank in Nanuet, NY, where he was responsible for the management of the branch as well as the growth of personal and business deposits in addition to loans.  Prior to his tenure at KeyBank, John worked at Union State Bank, M&T Bank, and National Westminster Bank.  Mr. Badi holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University in Pleasantville, N.Y. and a B.S. in Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT.
