Det vises til tidligere børsmeldinger angående selskapets finansiering og forventet levering av Havila Polaris og Havila Pollux. Det vises også til meldingen gitt den 27. juni 2023 kl. 09:05.

Selskapet gjør fremskritt med finansieringen, men vil ikke nå de fastsatte fristene som er besluttet av Engelsk rett for oppgjør av terminbeløpene til den opprinnelige finansieringspartneren. Derfor har selskapet søkt den Engelske retten om en ytterligere forlengelse av oppgjørsfristen.

Selskapet må avklare den nye tidsplanen og bekrefte nye oppstartsdatoer for Havila Polaris og Havila Pollux. Som en konsekvens må avgangene den 15. juli for Havila Polaris og 21. juli for Havila Pollux kanselleres.

Selskapet beklager sterkt konsekvensene for alle som blir berørt av forsinkelsene.
