Hoylu announces updated timetable for the rights issue

On 22 March 2023, an extraordinary general meeting in Hoylu AB (publ) (“Hoylu” or the “Company”) resolved to carry out a rights issue (the “Rights Issue”). The Company has now established the updated timetable for the Rights Issue as follows:
