Optionsavtal med Volvokoncernens vd Martin Lundstedt

I egenskap av långsiktig aktiv ägare i Volvokoncernen har Industrivärden erbjudit och ingått ett optionsavtal med bolagets vd Martin Lundstedt. Syftet är att ytterligare stärka vd:s intressegemenskap med aktieägarna.

Optionsavtalet har ingåtts på marknadsmässiga villkor och innebär att Industrivärden ställer ut 300.000 köpoptioner i Volvos B-aktie till ett pris om 19,78 kronor per köpoption. Varje option ger rätten att köpa en Volvo B-aktie vid ett lösenpris om 215,50 kronor per aktie.

Löptiden är fem år. Värderingen har genomförts med Black & Scholes modell och validerats av en oberoende tredje part.
