„INVL Baltic Real Estate“ praneša apie planuotų vadovų sandorių sustabdymą

„INVL Baltic Real Estate“ (toliau – „Emitentas”) 2021 m. balandžio 29 d. gavo „Invaldos INVL“ pranešimą apie „Invaldos INVL“ valdybos sprendimą nuo balandžio 29 d. stabdyti prekybos Emitento akcijomis gairių vykdymą. Apie šias išankstinės prekybos gaires Emitentas skelbė 2021 m. sausio 4 d. ()

„Invaldos INVL“ valdyba priėmė nurodytą sprendimą, atsižvelgdama į (i) 2021 m. sausio 14 d. Emitento visuotinio akcininko susirinkimo sprendimą patvirtinti naują Emitento įstatų redakciją, suteikiančią teisę Emitentui pačiam įsigyti savų akcijų, bei į (ii) 2021 m. balandžio 29 d. Emitento visuotinio akcininko susirinkimo sprendimą, kuriuo buvo patvirtinta Emitento savų akcijų įsigijimo tvarka.

Vadovaujantis šiais Emitento visuotinių akcininkų susirinkimų sprendimais, Emitentas galės pats įsigyti savų akcijų, kai bus siekiama sumažinti akcijų rinkos kainos ir grynųjų aktyvų vertės, tenkančios vienai Emitento akcijai, skirtumą.

„INVL Baltic Real Estate“ padidino kredito limitą pagal kredito sutartį „INVL Baltic Real Estate“ (toliau – „Bendrovė“) informuoja, kad 2026 m. kovo  3 d. pasirašė susitarimą su AB Artea bankas (toliau – „Bankas“) dėl kredito sutarties pakeitimo.
