Digitalist Group Plc (“Digitalist Group” or “Company”) initiates co-operation negotiations concerning all of the group’s employees.

The possible reduction of employees is estimated to affect not more than nine (9) employees in Finland. The negotiations concern all of the Company’s employees in Finland.
Corresponding personnel adjustment measures will also be taken in the Digitalist Group’s foreign subsidiaries.
The co-operation negotiations will commence on 23rd of March 2020, and they are estimated to last two weeks.
