Oproeping Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders en openbaarmaking jaarlijks financieel verslag

KBC Ancora nodigt haar aandeelhouders uit op een Algemene Vergadering op vrijdag 28 oktober 2022. Alle relevante informatie voor deze vergadering, waaronder het oproepingsbericht met de agenda voor deze vergadering en het jaarlijks financieel verslag 2021/2022, zijn beschikbaar via de website , onder het menu ‘Governance/Algemene Vergadering’.

KBC Ancora is een beursgenoteerde vennootschap die 18,6% van de aandelen in KBC Groep bezit en die samen met Cera, MRBB en de Andere Vaste Aandeelhouders zorgt voor de aandeelhoudersstabiliteit en de verdere ontwikkeling van de KBC-groep. Als kernaandeelhouders van KBC Groep hebben ze daartoe een aandeelhoudersovereenkomst gesloten.
