The Company was notified on 26 November 2019 by Mr Graham Martin that Sabelgrade Limited, a company which is controlled by Mr Graham Martin, has transferred its entire holding of 84,135 Kenmare Resources plc shares to him. There has been no change in Mr. Martins’ notifiable interest in Kenmare shares. Following this transaction Mr Martin holds 84,135 Kenmare shares.
