Baigta byla dėl galimos žalos už konkukurencijos teisės pažeidimus

AB "Klaipėdos nafta" informuoja, kad Lietuvos Aukščiausiasis Teismas nepriėmė UAB "Krovinių terminalas" pateikto kasacinio skundo byloje dėl galimos žalos dėl konkurencijos teisės pažeidimus (toliau - Byla). Pakartotinio apskundimo terminas pasibaigė 2020 m. liepos 1 d. 

Dėl to 2019 m. kovo 7 d. Vilniaus apygardos teismo priimtas sprendimas liko nepakeistas ir galiojantis.

Byla laikoma baigta.

Bendrovė apie 2019 m. kovo 7 d. Vilniaus apygardos teismo sprendimą paskelbė pranešime apie esminį įvykį:
