AB „Klaipėdos nafta“ (toliau – Bendrovė) gavo Bendrovės Audito komiteto nuomonę dėl paslaugų teikimo sutarties tarp Bendrovės ir KN Açu Serviços de Terminal de GNL Ltda. (toliau – Brazilijos SPV) bei kreditavimo sutarties tarp Bendrovės dukterinės bendrovės UAB „SGD logistika“ ir Brazilijos SPV (Audito komiteto nuomonė pridedama).
