Išrinkta AB „Klaipėdos nafta“ atlygio ir skyrimo komiteto pirmininkė

Pranešame, kad 2023 m. birželio 15 d. AB „Klaipėdos nafta“ (toliau – Bendrovė) atlygio ir skyrimo komiteto posėdyje, šio komiteto pirmininke išrinkta Živilė Valeišienė. 2023 m. vasario 22 d. stebėtojų tarybos sprendimu Živilė Valeišienė iki veikiančios Bendrovės stebėtojų tarybos kadencijos pabaigos buvo išrinkta nepriklausoma Bendrovės atlygio ir skyrimo komiteto nare. 

Bendrovės atlygio ir skyrimo komitetą sudaro 3 (trys) nariai, iš kurių 1 (vienas) yra nepriklausomas, o 2 (du) paskirti stebėtojų tarybos nariai.
