MONTREAL, April 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Knight Therapeutics Inc. (TSX:) (“Knight”), a leading pan-American (ex-USA) specialty pharmaceutical company, announced today that privately-held Triumvira Immunologics Inc. ("Triumvira") has repaid the outstanding loan balance of US$5 million issued in 2019.
In addition, Knight continues to hold rights to commercialize Triumvira’s future approved products in select countries if certain conditions are met.
