Lantronix To Announce Results on May 14, 2020, Revises Revenue Guidance for Fiscal 2020 Third Quarter

IRVINE, Calif., April 29, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --  (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: LTRX), a global provider of secure data access and management solutions for the industrial Internet of Things (IoT), today announced it will release financial results for its fiscal 2020 third quarter ended March 31, 2020, on May 14, 2020, after the close of the market, and revised its revenue guidance for the quarter.

Revised Business Outlook

For the third fiscal quarter of 2020, Lantronix now expects to report net revenues of $16 to $17 million, up from its previously-guided range of $15 to $17 million, announced on March 11.  The Company further announced that cash on the balance sheet as of the end of the fiscal third quarter was approximately $6.9 million.
