QUEBEC CITY, Canada, March 26, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (“LeddarTech” or the “Corporation”) (), an automotive software company that provides patented disruptive AI-powered low-level sensor fusion and perception software technology, ™, announces the voting results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on March 26, 2025 (the “Meeting”). Shareholders voted on various proposals and elected directors to the board.
Key Highlights of the Meeting
1. Election of Directors: The full slate of six directors was elected to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until a successor is elected or appointed.
