Teade muudatustest aktsiatega esindatud häältega seotud künnistes

AS LHV Group (edaspidi LHV Group) teatab, et nõukogu liikme Andres Viisemanniga seotud isiku Viisemann Investments AG ja Ambient Sound Investments OÜ vahel 20.07.2022 sõlmitud aktsiate võõrandamise kokkuleppest tulenevalt saavutab ja ületab Andres Viisemannile omistatav häälte arv LHV Groupis 10% künnise ning Ambient Sound Investments OÜ-le omistatav häälte arv LHV Groupis väheneb alla 5% künnise.
