LogicMark Announces Voting Results of the Special Meeting of Stockholders

LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 07, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LogicMark, Inc. (NASDAQ: LGMK) (the “Company”) today announced the results of the Special Meeting of Stockholders, held this afternoon.

All proposals subject to vote were approved by shareholders, including the ratification of the appointment of BPM LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accountants for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, the adoption of the Company’s 2023 Stock Incentive Plan, the reincorporation of the Company from Delaware to Nevada, and the Company’s two reverse stock split proposals relating to the Company’s common stock and Series C preferred stock, as described in the Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on January 31, 2023, as amended on February 2, 2023 (the “Proxy Statement”).
