WomenInc. Magazine Names Matthews Board Member to 2019 Most Influential Corporate Directors List

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --  (NASDAQ GSM: MATW) announced today that Matthews International Board of Directors member Katherine (Wendy) Dietze has been named one of WomenInc.'s 2019 Most Influential Corporate Directors. This annual list features board members of publicly held companies making impacts in their industry and paving the way for future female directors and executives.

Ms. Dietze has been a member of the Matthews International Board of Directors for more than ten years and is Chairperson of the Finance Committee as well as a member of the Executive and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees. Ms. Dietze brings a strong background in global investment and financial matters, which provides a unique and valuable perspective in these areas.

In January 2011, Ms. Dietze was elected to the Board of Trustees of Liberty Property Trust, a real estate investment trust, where she currently is a member of the Audit Committee and Chairperson of the Governance Committee.
