Melbourne, Australia., March 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 3D Pioneer Systems Inc. (DPSM) (OTC PINK: DPSM) today announced that its Registration Statement on Form 10 as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on Thursday, January 21, 2021, as amended, has become effective as of 2:00 pm EST February 26th, 2021.
Following this effectiveness, the Company is now subject to the reporting requirements of the SEC, and specifically of the Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. This means the Company will begin filing annual reports with the SEC on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, current reports on Form 8-K, and subject itself to additional reporting obligations related to proxies, shareholder actions and stock ownership rules.
The Form 10 filing provides information about the Company's operations, including an overview of the business’ strategies, risk factors, and financial statements. We believe that the ongoing obligation to timely file with the SEC will help the Company's investors make more informed and educated investment decisions about the Company.
