Ehitusleping Eestis (Regionaalhaigla Mustamäe meditsiinilinnaku kolmas etapp)

10. juulil 2020 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja SA Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla projekteerimis- ja ehituslepingu Mustamäe meditsiinilinnaku kolmanda arendusetapi rajamiseks.

  

Lepingu raames ehitatakse Tallinnasse aadressile J. Sütiste tee 19 meditsiinilinnaku Y-korpus ning rekonstrueeritakse A- ja B-korpuste esimene ja keldrikorrus.

  

Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 33,8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde valmimise tähtaeg on 2023. aasta juulis.

  

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti () on Eesti juhtiv ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener-, elektri-, teede- ja elamuehituse töid.
