Kontserni tütarettevõtte nõukogu liikme volituste pikendamine (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

ASi Merko Ehitus juhatuse 9. mai 2025 otsusega on pikendatud AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu liikme Martin Rebase volitusi kuni 10. maini 2028. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu jätkab neljaliikmelisena: Ivo Volkov (esimees), Tõnu Toomik, Urmas Somelar ja Martin Rebane.

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti () on tunnustatud Eesti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid.
