Start of construction of residential projects (Uus-Veerenni third stage in Tallinn)

On 23 March 2020 the group informed via a stock exchange announcement () about the continuing construction activities until completion of all apartment development projects that were currently in construction phase, and not initiating construction works of any new development projects within three months due to the pandemic.

  

As three months have passed, the group informs as follows:

1) The construction of the apartment development projects in construction phase in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania has proceeded as planned.

2) AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of the group, starts the construction of the third stage of the Uus-Veerenni residential project (Uus-Veerenni Park, ) in July of this year (earlier stock exchange announcement about the launch of the project: ). Three apartment buildings with 59 apartments will be completed by the end of 2021.
