(f/k/a Michael James Enterprises, Inc.) announces that MJ Biotech, Inc. has executed a Letter Of Intent to purchase a producing Marijuana Farm facility located in Oregon situated approximately 30 miles north of Portland. Once acquired, the plan will be to increase the current production levels of Organic Medical Marijuana products for distribution in Oregon and eventually produce a high-quality CBD.
