ROSELAND, N.J., Dec. 08, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Milestone Scientific Inc. (NYSE:MLSS), a leading developer of computerized drug delivery instruments that provide painless and precise injections, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock (the “Offering”). The Company also expects to grant to the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the Offering on the same terms and conditions. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by the Company.
