NB Private Equity Partners Announces Temporary Suspension of Buyback Programme

NB Private Equity Partners (“NBPE” or the “Company”) today announces a temporary suspension of the share buy-back facility with Jefferies International Limited. In light of the heightened uncertainty surrounding the recent outbreak of COVID-19, the Company is focused on capital preservation. NBPE will continue to assess the best uses of its capital based on the market environment and the impact on portfolio companies.
