Nexstim Oyj: Hallituksen päätökset osakkeiden laskemisesta liikkeelle rajoitetussa osakeyksiköiden jakamisohjelmassa sekä suunnatulla osakeannilla

Nexstim Oyj (NXTMH:HEX, NXTMS:STO) (”Nexstim” tai ”Yhtiö”) ilmoittaa että Yhtiön yhtiökokouksen 11.5.2021 antamien valtuuksien ja yhtiökokouksen 26.3.2016 hyväksymän rajoitettujen osakeyksiköiden palkkio-ohjelman perusteella Yhtiön hallitus on tänään päättänyt antaa yhteensä 46 057 uutta osaketta maksutta hallituksen jäsenille. Leena Niemistö saa 12 960 osaketta, Martin Forss saa 8 316 osaketta, Rohan Hoare saa 13 260 osaketta ja Tomas Holmberg saa 11 521 osaketta yhtiökokouksen 30.4.2020 määrittämän bruttopalkkion perusteella ansaintakaudella 2020–2021.

Uudet osakkeet listataan arviolta 18.6.2021. Osakeannin jälkeen Yhtiön rekisteröityjen osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on 6 686 673.

NBT®-laitteisto on CE-hyväksytty Euroopassa käytettäväksi vakavan masennuksen ja kroonisen neuropaattisen kivun hoidossa.

Lisäksi Nexstim markkinoi kehittämäänsä, SmartFocus® TMS teknologiaan perustuvaa NBS (Navigated Brain Stimulation) -laitteistoa. Nexstimin NBS-laitteisto on ainoa FDA:n hyväksymä ja CE-merkitty navigoiva TMS-laitteisto liikeaivokuoren ja aivojen puhealueiden leikkausta edeltävää kartoitusta varten. Nexstimin osakkeet on listattu Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finlandin ja Nasdaq First North Growth Market Swedenin markkinapaikoilla.
