Nexstim Oyj:n vähennetyn osakkeiden lukumäärän rekisteröiminen (ensimmäinen vaihe)

Nexstim Oyj:n (NXTMH:HEX, NXTMS:STO) (”Nexstim” tai ”Yhtiö”) yhtiökokous päätti 11.5.2021 Yhtiön osakemäärän vähentämisestä alentamatta osakepääomaa laskemalla liikkeelle uusia osakkeita ja lunastamalla Yhtiön omia osakkeita siten, että jokaista 100:a Yhtiön tämänhetkistä osaketta vastaa yksi Yhtiön osake sen jälkeen, kun Yhtiön osakemäärän vähentämisjärjestelyt on viety loppuun.

14.5.2021 tehdyn hallituksen uusien osakkeiden liikkeeseenlaskua, omien osakkeiden lunastusta ja mitätöintiä koskevien päätösten mukaisesti (siten kuin kuvattu yhtiötiedotteessa 14.5.2021), Yhtiön osakkeiden uusi kokonaismäärä 6 643 389 on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin lauantaina 15.5.2021. Kaupankäynti Yhtiön osakkeiden uudella alennetulla kokonaismäärällä on alkanut Nasdaq Helsingissä ja Nasdaq Tukholmassa 17.5.2021 uudella ISIN-koodilla FI4000506811.

Lisäksi Nexstim markkinoi kehittämäänsä, SmartFocus® TMS teknologiaan perustuvaa NBS (Navigated Brain Stimulation) -laitteistoa. Nexstimin NBS-laitteisto on ainoa FDA:n hyväksymä ja CE-merkitty navigoiva TMS-laitteisto liikeaivokuoren ja aivojen puhealueiden leikkausta edeltävää kartoitusta varten. Nexstimin osakkeet on listattu Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finlandin ja Nasdaq First North Growth Market Swedenin markkinapaikoilla.
