Espoo – Nokia Oyj (LEI: 549300A0JPRWG1KI7U06) on 05.04.2023 hankkinut omia osakkeitaan (ISIN FI0009000681) omistukseensa seuraavasti:

Nokia ilmoitti 3. helmikuuta 2022, että yhtiön hallitus on käynnistämässä osakkeidensa takaisinosto-ohjelman Nokian varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 8. huhtikuuta 2021 antaman valtuutuksen perusteella palauttaakseen yhtiön osakkeenomistajille enintään 600 miljoonaa euroa vaiheittain kahden vuoden kuluessa. Takaisinosto-ohjelman toinen vaihe noudattaen Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston antamaa markkinoiden väärinkäyttöasetusta (EU) 596/2014 (MAR), Euroopan komission delegoitua asetusta (EU) 2016/1052 ja Nokian varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 5. huhtikuuta 2022 antaman valtuutuksen perusteella aloitettiin 2. tammikuuta 2023 ja se päättyy viimeistään 21. joulukuuta 2023. Toisessa vaiheessa osakkeiden hankintaan käytettävä kokonaissumma on enintään 300 miljoonaa euroa.

05.04.2023 toteutettujen hankintojen kokonaishinta on 1 180 999,76 euroa. Nokian Oyj:n omistuksessa on nyt ilmoitettujen hankintojen jälkeen 52 951 904 omaa osaketta.
