Nokia Oyj: Omien osakkeiden takaisinosto 27.10.2022

Espoo – Nokia Oyj (LEI: 549300A0JPRWG1KI7U06) on 27.10.2022 hankkinut omia osakkeitaan (ISIN FI0009000681) omistukseensa seuraavasti:

Nokia ilmoitti 3. helmikuuta 2022, että yhtiön hallitus on käynnistämässä osakkeidensa takaisinosto-ohjelman Nokian varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 8. huhtikuuta 2021 antaman valtuutuksen perusteella palauttaakseen yhtiön osakkeenomistajille enintään 600 miljoonaa euroa vaiheittain kahden vuoden kuluessa. Takaisinosto-ohjelman ensimmäinen vaihe noudattaen Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston antamaa markkinoiden väärinkäyttöasetusta (EU) 596/2014 (MAR) sekä Euroopan komission delegoitua asetusta (EU) 2016/1052 aloitettiin 14. helmikuuta 2022 ja se päättyy viimeistään 22. joulukuuta 2022. Ensimmäisessä vaiheessa osakkeiden hankintaan käytettävä kokonaissumma on enintään 300 miljoonaa euroa.

27.10.2022 toteutettujen hankintojen kokonaishinta on 2 192 848,00 euroa. Nokian Oyj:n omistuksessa on nyt ilmoitettujen hankintojen jälkeen 92 381 026 omaa osaketta.
