Audited annual report 2024 and profit allocation proposal

The council of Nordecon AS approved on 23 April 2025 the consolidated audited annual report and profit allocation proposal for the year 2024. The council decided to present the annual report and profit allocation proposal as prepared by the management for the approval of the general meeting of shareholders.

The net profit attributable to the shareholders of Nordecon AS for the 2024 financial year amounts to 3,827 thousand euros. The retained profit of previous periods amounts to 919 thousand euros. To leave the retained profit of previous periods undistributed and not pay dividends to the shareholders. To not make any appropriations to the legal reserve or other reserves provided for by the law or the articles of association.

There were no significant adjustments made in audited annual report compared to the preliminary 12 month interim report published on 6 February 2025.
